The Kee Wees program helps children grow in confidence and self-control. Through basic taekwondo techniques and games, your child’s physical, mental and social abilities improve. Learning foundational patterns, hand strikes and kicking techniques helps them with coordination and concentration. Children learn a healthy sense of self-worth and respect for other people. These valuable life skills are some of the greatest gifts your child can receive at this young age.

The Kees Mitey Mites program expands your child’s growth in self-confidence and self-control. They learn cooperation and concentration while learning basic taekwondo patterns, hand strikes, and kicking techniques. Children learn a healthy sense of self-worth and respect for other people. Mitey Mites develop physically, mentally and socially with the right balance of support, fun, recognition and challenge to meet their individual character and developmental needs.

Self-control and focus are reinforced in these fun, exciting classes. Children learn taekwondo techniques along with important lessons on how to use them in safe and appropriate ways. Little Dragons begin developing “Black Belt” concentration and respect as well as learning taekwondo Poomse forms – patterns that help build memory and imagination, two important aspects of brain development for children in this age group.

Kees Juniors learn to channel their energy into highly constructive activities. Instructors encourage Kees Juniors to build their physical strength and skills by refining their taekwondo techniques. Classes are fast-paced, energetic and fun, to match the needs of the amazing Kees Juniors.
The program emphasizes focus, mental strength, concentration, self-discipline and respect. This combination of skills often transfers to other areas of the Junior’s life. All KEES students are encouraged and supported to do well in school and to contribute positively to their families.
