Steeped in the values of tradition, our dynamic organization is powered by innovation and experience, evident in our many achievements and continuous growth.

What Our Community Says About Us

Both of our kids started at Kees at an early age of 2/3 years old and have loved it ever since. They are now 6/7 years old and they have learned so much, from discipline, respect and listening skills to valuable life lessons and of course, there is no doubt that they learn proper taekwondo forms. Kees has become a big part of our family.

I was at Kees for many years, my son and daughter is there now. As a sports physical therapist for the past 17 years, I appreciate the care with which the whole leadership team teaches, always building on movement fundamentals, and making it fun for the children at the same time. As a parent, I value the structure and higher expectations placed on the kids, while still maintaining a very fun atmosphere. In today's world, I feel teaching children to focus, work hard, speak clearly and respectfully is all the more important for their development into respectful and capable adults.

My daughter has attended Kees Vancouver for the past 4 years. Throughout the current Covid-19. Kees made a quick transition to online classes to enabled students a continued practice. They now have limited in-class instruction as well as online and are maintaining safe and consistent protocols for social distancing and sanitation.
